What You Will See

Dejavoo understands the importance of brand identity. That’s why we offer a range of customization options to personalize your iPOSpays portal and enhance your customer experience. Here’s what you can expect:

Upon login, your logo and a brief description will be prominently displayed on the left side of the login box. This reinforces your brand identity from the very first interaction.

Customizable URL and Title Tag:

Craft a unique URL subdomain and title tag that reflects your brand name. This makes it easier for your customers to find and remember your portal (Example: yourdba.ipospays.com). This will also be reflected in the dashboards of any users you create, such as Agent Offices and merchants.

Remember, this URL is exclusively yours and any users you create. It’s a private link that only you and your users can access. This ensures that no other ISO can gain access to your portal, safeguarding your business’s sensitive information.

Let your logo take center stage on the left menu bar for easy brand recognition within the portal. This placement will also be reflected in the dashboards of any users you create, such as Agent Offices and merchants, ensuring a consistent branding experience for everyone accessing your portal.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA):

Consistency is key. Your logo and description will also be integrated into the MFA dialogue box and the email containing the security code ensuring a seamless branded experience throughout the login process.

Loading Animation:

Match the loading animation to your logo’s style and colors, creating a cohesive visual experience. Every loader animation that appears while a screen is loading can be customized to reflect your brand’s unique aesthetic.

What Your Merchants Will See

On CloudPOS

All your merchants and their users will see your branding in their login as well. So, in all screens where only the merchants and their employees interact will see your branding displayed. But customer interaction screens such as Payment Links which the end users use to pay will remain with the merchant logo and branding.

Additionally, your branding will be reflected in specific areas related to merchant login, such as:

Payment Notifications:

When merchants enable payment notifications to receive email updates for each transaction, the emails will display your DBA.

Itemized Billing Invoices:

After making a transaction using itemized billing, merchants can find the generated invoice in the “Invoices” section. Clicking “View Invoice” will reveal your DBA displayed on the invoice.

Branded Communication for Increased Trust

We’ll replace the iPOSpays branding logo with yours in all communication, including emails for account activation, password resets, batch notifications, and any other emails sent from the platform. This builds trust and reinforces your brand identity with your customers.

To customize the email name displayed on email communications, please send the below details:

Share these details while submitting your form and we’ll update our database. This will allow you to receive emails with the desired sender name.
